Farewell Food

Well, farewell Edinburgh. 

My overriding memory of you this time will be food.

Really enjoyed the Larb, which is mince and rice rolled up in lettuce leaves. Crunchy and soft all at the same time, great textures.

Had a lovely time catching up with Martine, Ruaíri and David. Planning the wedding and looking through the holiday snaps. We also managed to catch Argo - good film. Martine's off to France for a week on Wednesday, and I headed over to Clackmannanshire yesterday to spend time with my old friend, Paul. Looking forward to walking in the hills, poking standing stones with a stick, and working on a potential project we've got cooking.
