On the way back from Gisenyi yesterday, we stopped off at Five Volcanoes Luxury Inn in Musanze. It's being built by our German friend Nicole and Rwandan husband Twibaze, who runs a tourism company. Musanze is really close to the mountain gorillas and they've spared no expense with construction. It's truly incredible to look at.

Can't wait to see the finished product, though unlikely to be able to afford to stay there. It's going to have a swimming pool, gym, sauna and massage room, so perhaps we'll get a day pass.
Headed home via pizza and gnocchi in Musanze. Home, along the dark, twisting mountain roads - which all now have street lighting for the first time! Makes an amazing difference.
